In this section, you'll find books, forms, research, websites, case law, and helpful articles.
Educating yourself about family court, narcissistic abuse, and post separation abuse is one of the most powerful steps you can take. Knowledge truly is power and in the family court system, staying two steps ahead can make all the difference. Understanding the patterns and anticipating the next move helps reduce the shock factor and strengthens your strategic response.
At the same time, it's equally important to listen to your intuition. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the information you’re taking in, that’s your sign to slow down. Try setting clear boundaries — for example, limiting research to a few hours per week. There’s a difference between learning and becoming consumed. Give yourself permission to take it one step at a time.
