OMB Private Chapters

The requirements to join our private groups are very strict because we strive to create a safe space for survivors. While our screening methods are much more extensive than most, it is still the internet AND you should use your best judgment in any online group.

STEP ONE: The following information should be sent to chapters@onemomsbattle.com. There are no exceptions. This information is required to join our private groups:

• Photo copy or picture of driver's license or government issued identification (must be un-redacted).

• Facebook screen name - the name on your Facebook profile and the link to your FB profile.

• Family court case #, link to online case search for your county or jurisdiction and a copy of your most recent court filing.

• The name of the presiding judicial officer (judge, commissioner, magistrate, etc.)

• The name of your attorney and the name of opposing counsel.

• The names of any family court professionals involved in your case.

• Nutshell version of your situation or case (between 1-3 paragraphs).

• Let us know which chapter you are applying for.

• Tell us why you want to join this chapter.

• Tell us how active you plan to be in this chapter - participation is a requirement.

• Tell us who referred you to the OMB private chapters.
  
  ***Please ensure that you are sending all of the requested information. Incomplete applications will be deleted - I am only one person, I do not have the capacity to go back-and-forth if you are missing information.
